In the old days, when people used the rhetorical “you” (as in the lines above), or “they” (such as “They are not fair”), critics would ask “Who are you talking about?” Now, we can articulate it. The bad “they” in our pacifist tirades, and the “you” in angry antiwar songs, are “The 1%”.
